The CIL Consulting by TNP structure, resulting from the merger of the firms TNP and CIL Consulting, will help companies to conduct audit, training and preparation for the implementation of the directive European for personal data protection.
The new general data protection regulation will enter into force on 25 May 2018 and requires companies to comply with this directive. To assist them in this process, the French consulting firm TNP, specializing in the digital transformation of companies in the financial sector, has just acquired CIL Consulting, a firm of experts in data protection, for an undisclosed amount. Following this transaction, the latter will change its name to become CIL Consulting by TNP.
In addition to training, auditing of data processing, consulting and outsourced data protection officer services, the firm has developed expertise in the area of privacy engineering , certification and GDPR tools. Training and audit procedure have been awarded the CNIL label. The new structure will make available to major French and European companies a range of services aimed at industrializing their compliance processes.
