Objectives of the annual online class plan
The annual training plan is a tool that:
* monitors annual enterprise training activity;
* prioritizes training needs;

Annual online class plan: the company launches the procedure
The annual online class plan brings together all the training offered to employees by the employer. The training plan must be submitted to the company council.
The annual online class plan can cover various objectives:

When does online class take place?
Online class can take place during working hours or outside working hours:

Refusal of the annual online class plan
Since it is the employer who decides, there is no special application procedure for an online class plan. The request and response are based on the uses of company.
Refusal by the employer
The employer can refuse to benefit an employee from online class plan. Of course, this choice should not be discrimination on marital status, age, ethnic origin or trade union activities.
Refusal by the employee
The employee may not refuse to participate in a online class plan: the employer using his executive power, not to submit to it would be professional misconduct.
Nevertheless, there are some exceptions in the following cases:
* a skills assessment;
* a training plan that generates a change in the employment contract without the agreement of both parties;
* a training that takes place partly or completely outside of working time;
* a validation of acquired experience.
Financing of annual online class plan
This is the company that supports the cost of online class, transport and catering. Upon returning from the training, the employer is not obliged to reassess the employee's remuneration according to the skills acquired, unless it is clearly committed.
If the employee made a clear commitment to remain within the company for a minimum period after training, he takes the risk of having to repay the cost of training in case of resignation before the deadline.
Note: this is the company that chooses to send you or not to training; so you need to be able to present to the company the benefits it will have in financing you an online class.
