How to write a note of service or a note of information?

You want a career evolution, to do this you will have several parameters to take into account, such as relationships at work, meeting management or interpersonal communication.

The note is an internal document for the company, it aims:

* to inform,

* to suggest,

* to organize.

It may be for office colleagues, managers or the CEO or president.

* It may be collective or individual.

* Remember it conveys the image of signer, it is the same when you communicate via email.

What kind of note?


There are two types of notes:

* The information note responds to different objectives and concerns everyone:

- transmiting information (announcement of a new organization, a schedule change, etc.)
- requesting information,
- or formulating a proposal.

* The service note, meanwhile, is written by the superior who sends instructions or recommendations to his employees.

How to write a note?


Your mission will be to write a note to be read and understood by all recipients employees, you will demonstrate a spirit of synthesis and treat spelling and grammar.

To do this, there are some basic rules to follow, namely:

* a page is enough to write a note, it will be short and concise,

* prefer to deal with one subject per note,

* customize your text to your correspondents,

* use an impersonal style.

The content of note


* Choose a catchy headline to grab the reader's attention: it will be hard-hitting.

* Start with the most important information and end with the less one.

* Separate your information from each other by a paragraph. Remember to prioritize them.

* Specify if your note is: for information, for an opinion, for execution, for filing, etc.

Entries must not be overlooked


* the issuer of note and function,

* the date and place,

* the title,

* the recipients,

* the object,

* the signature without formal salutation,

* the attachments to mention if necessary.

The dissemination of note


It can be made by mail, post or display.
