Military career: principle


The military career as a social career, medical careers, legal career depend in the public, parastatal or liberal sector.


To make a military career, you depend on the Ministry of Defense that is one of the main recruiters of the state, it consists of:

* Army,

* Air Force,

* Navy.

As well as other organizations such as:

* Staff of the Army,

* General Directorate of the Armament,

* General Secretary of the Administration.

Military career: how does it work?


The military demands mobility, action, solidarity, courage and a sense of service, in brief a transcendence.

However, a career in the army does not necessarily mean to do maneuvers every day. This opens the doors to many specialties.

Know that the army has about 400 jobs in over 40 specialties and that, only in the army.

The military career concerns more generally young people between 18 and 26 who have all levels of study from 3rd to high school diploma + 5.

Depending on your level of education, you can access the next grade:

* without HSD: rank military,

* HSD to HSD + 2: non-commissioned officer,

* Beyond: officer.

However, as with any job of the public service, you are recruited by competition.

Officials are divided into three categories: A, B and C corresponding to the level of training and a type of definite responsibilities.

For personal of category C, recruitment can take place without a competition.

Military: career development


The military career can acquire a first work experience and offers very rewarding prospects.

* It aims to provide career advancement through its courses, all along your career path, leading to a career evolution, with gateways to the officer grades.

* Experience in the military is rewarding because companies appreciate this kind of profile. Those with a military career have a great sense of adaptation, the postion taken will be  easier if that person decides to make a career in the private sector.
