Our creativity is not sufficiently sought and exploited.

Successful career in one or more companies requires to control the interpersonal communication and to opt for a personal and efficient organization.

Develop creativity: what is creativity?

Running out of bright ideas for you to be apart from your colleagues, however creativity is a process that can be done in groups or individually.

Creativity aims to generate workable ideas, it will be necessary to use your imagination or invest in real life.

To do so, we will encourage our imagination by turning it into creation and innovation.

However, some individuals innovate every day creating:

* new recipes,

* a new route to facilitate move or,

* opting for a new behavior at work.

Depending on the purpose, there are various techniques to release creativity.

What techniques to develop creativity?

We are eaten by habits and automation and we apprehend to question what already works.

However, each issue is not addressed in the same way, for some, there will be:

* a reconfiguration of reality: we can change one or more elements of the problem that will lead to other opportunities and new solutions.

* Triz method: you notice that a method works well elsewhere and want to practice it. 

Therefore, you will inspire it and adapt it to your own problems.

Brainstorming

Brainstorming is to give free rein to his ideas.

* This technique is used in groups to be more effective.

* It aims to generate as many ideas as possible on a given specific subject.

Initially, we will call out the quantity and not quality. The ideas make therefore gushing in every sense, because all people have given free rein to their thoughts.

* These ideas can be whimsical and performed without restraint.

* They will be needed to make improvements or combinations with ideas already in place.

The selection of the most promising ideas will come during the validation phase.

It remains dissatisfaction in the use of a product or in the organization of a company, we have to remedy it by seeking to improve and refine the raised problem.

A method of attitude very critical will be implemented to develop many ideas.

To do this, it will be essential:

* to analyze faults, weaknesses and disadvantages of the problem,

* to classify them according to certain parameters,

* to seek solutions for improvement or removal of unsatisfactory elements.

Crushing

Crushing method is to use a list of verbs like: to increase - to decrease - to change - to combine, with respect to the subject or the studied service.

The association between the verb and the product/service will promote:

* product and/or service improvement idea,

* an alternative product or service idea.

Develop creativity: some tips

To encourage creativity, it is relevant to:

* create a climate of openness and trust where everyone can express his ideas freely and spontaneously,

* free his imagination and agree to have fanciful ideas, even wacky,

* opt for a playful attitude,

* do not hesitate to ask the question: what would be the best way for a project?

* seek the maximum possible solutions.
