From the duration of the trial period to the contract amendment, several things may come to influence or impact the conduct of the employment contract:
=> test period: it can be renewed and broken without the application of a dismissal procedure;
=> fixed-term contract renewal: possibility of lengthening the duration of the fixed-term contract which concerns only the specific futures and that may take place only once;
=> illness and employment contract: the disease is a legitimate cause of absence from work and non-performance of his or her work on the condition of being justified by information notified to the employer;
=> calculation of paid leave: the employee on permanent contract benefits paid leave, either in full or part time;
=> training of employees: the employer must train his employees but it is not necessarily required to ensure their promotion or increase once they are trained and their skills are improved;
=> fixed-term contract and maternity: the state of pregnancy and motherhood make the employee benefit guarantees relating to working conditions and the protection of her employment contract.
In case of fault of the employee, the employer may use his disciplinary powers to sanction the employee: he must however comply with certain conditions and warranties including preserving fundamental rights and freedoms of the individual.
