Malaise

Recognize the discomfort and overcome it.

Experience a sense of well-being, but also feel good:
malaise
=> in his body;

=> in his head.

This could coincide with a certain idea of "happiness".

More and more people do not disagree on the fact that the health comes before money and other rewards? Without doubt, one does not go without the other and it is not easy to live well every day - work, family, friends - without having reached this state of health, wellness and wholeness.

Why is this so important? Explanations.

Being ill : what 's wrong?
Being ill, what is it?

Basically, the first thing that comes to mind is that the malaise is not : the well-being.

If one often seeks to achieve well-being, we seek to disappear very quickly the discomfort. Welfare is:

- a goal to reach;
- a desire;
- a desire, a wish;
- that which everyone tends to reach.

However, being ill is characterized by:

=> something undesirable, unwanted;

=> something you want to get rid as soon as possible;

=> suffering.

Being ill : several types of suffering

There are many manifestations of malaise:

=> physical malaise: fatigue, weakness or disease...;

=> emotional discomfort: susceptibility, lack of self-esteem, anxiety, difficulty to manage anger;

=> social malaise: work, family relationship, social... (stress, demotivation, conflict).

More and more people are looking for answers in relation to the established dogma, and this can also generate a deep malaise.

Why are we all in search of well-being? Why the discomfort ?

- The malaise can be taken as a positive aspect. First, it is impossible to be in a perpetual state of well-being, conversely we are never completely in the malaise, or at least we are in it only temporary and often healing brings us an awareness that makes us realize the value of well-being and health.

- The malaise can sometimes be a "warning", revealing an imbalance somewhere. Examples:

* severe fatigue may be the signal that experienced demotivation at work must stop and must take steps in consequences (open dialogue with the employer, or change jobs);

* a lack of self esteem can lead us to a psychoanalysis that will reveal other blocks at the same time...
