=> for electronic transactions between companies: one speaks of B2B (Business to Business).
According to the target:

=> B2B, where payment is via a customer's billing account, the integration of an online payment system is useless.
According to the organization of company: the features of an e-commerce site depends on whether its purpose is to be the exclusive sales channel or a complementary channel.
There are two types of e-commerce sites:
=> Use your platform: site created from "templates" proposed to customize a little the dressing
=> A customized solution: an original creation, given to a specialized agency

=> corporate information
=> product catalog: listings, prices
=> visuals.

The company operates the sales and the order tracking, but takes advantage of a packaged solution and hearing from a platform to the well-established reputation.
